nice work laura! i think last semester you had trouble with finding dependable subjects and getting access to them. it seems that this semester you've found subjects that are easier to come by, in return, you've come up with some great photos. i think the facial expressions make the photos, looking at the photos you discover a little more about the individuals. they come off as honest, no posed in any way, but people interacted with the camera as if they trusted it. you're able to take photos that are filled with details that allow the viewer to form a narrative of their own. these are the types of images that i've been working hard to take, just hasn't worked out for me. seems that you've found a subject thats been fulfilling though, nice job laura, keep shooting.
